However, due to the nature of digital services, all payments made to Addigitalmasters.online are considered final. Refunds will only be provided under specific circumstances as outlined below.

We offer a refund only in cases where services have not yet been started or when a written request is submitted within 48 hours of payment, and no work has commenced. If any part of the service has already been delivered, including consultations, strategy development, initial design work, or content creation, a refund will not be issued.

For monthly or ongoing services (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media management), clients may cancel their subscription with a written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Services rendered during the current billing period are non-refundable, but no further charges will be applied once the cancellation is confirmed.

In the case of project-based services such as website or app development, we work closely with clients through every stage of the project. Once milestones are approved and development begins, refunds are not provided. However, we are committed to resolving any issues or dissatisfaction through revisions, as agreed upon in the project scope.
